This may just be me being weird..
But has this happened to anyone? If you think about the fact your tongue is in your mouth you become conscious of the fact it seems to be in the way and it’s all annoying if it touches your teeth or something and then you can’t stop thinking about it or moving your tongue because it just doesn’t feel right anymore? Kinda like when you think about breathing?

Just because your parents didnt hit you, your best friend didnt die, and you grew up in middle class America, doesnt make your sadness any less great. Depression is depression, sadness is sadness and sometimes it just enters your life for no apparent reason. So all you ignorant assholes saying “you think youve had it bad? think of the people in Africa who are starving” - my biggest condolences to you for being such a imbecilic sack of shit.
